We’re still here! Indie’s getting exactly as much attention as Laurie ever did, but we’ve had to sacrifice a few of the things we used to do in our spare time. Like everything, including updating this site.
Indie’s doing well – gaining 3 oz a week which apparently is good, although she’s got a little way to go in the acceptable night-time versus day-time behaviour department.
I took the girls (Pip, Laurie, Indigo and Sally my mother in law) to St Leonard’s Church near Folkestone over the August Bank Holiday to see the bonehouse – 8,000 thigh bones and 2,000 skulls stored in a pile in the crypt. From this we can learn many interesting historical facts, such as people used to have four legs.
